Seeking Bids for Network & AV Renovation

The City of Dripping Springs and Dripping Springs Ranch Park are seeking to renovate the Ranch Park Event Center network and audio-visual system. We are currently seeking bids. Sealed Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in one (1) original, one (1) copy, and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive and shall be delivered to:

Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on March 2, 2023, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the opening date and time will not be considered.

An optional pre-submittal conference will be held on February 9, 2023 at Dripping Springs Ranch Park Event Center, 1042 Event Center Dr., Dripping springs, TX 78620 at 3 p.m.  This meeting is strongly encouraged, but optional. If interested in participating in the pre-proposal meeting please email jweinstock@cityofdrippingsprings.com by February 6, 2023 to receive the meeting invite.
