Mat Pilates 

Ages: 18+
When: Mondays, 9am - 10am (excluding City Holidays) 
Where: Ranch Park & Event Center - Large Event Room 
Cost: $12/class (Discounts given for bulk registrations)

This class will relax and mobilize your whole body. The class promotes strength, stability, and balance. Mat Pilates is for all fitness skill levels. The class includes full body stretching along with strengthening exercises. It is recommended that you can easily get up and down and put some pressure on your knees. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Community Yoga

Ages: 14+
When: Mondays, 6:00pm-6:50pm (excluding City Holidays)
Where: Ranch Park & Event Center
Cost: $8/class

We will practice a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that will bring us more balance, strength, flexibility and general good health. The class is designed as an accessible daily routine for most people, especially people who are curious to try yoga for the first times. Let's enjoy the outdoors and benefits of yoga together. It is recommended that you can easily get up and down and put some pressure on your knees. Please bring your own yoga mat to class.
