Star Party

We are excited to offer an opportunity for families to come and enjoy a night under the stars. Throughout the night you and your family can gaze at the constellations above, view galaxies far far away through a telescope, and learn about the universe from our local astronomy enthusiasts.
For better star gazing it is important that we limit light pollution and allow for eyes to adjust to the darkness. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up chairs and park your vehicle. Please avoid using flashlights if possible, red light assistance will be provided to minimize light exposure.
Parking will be on the asphalt along the building and is a short walk to the lower field. Blankets and chairs are encouraged. Restrooms are located inside the building near parking.
